Grace Pateras

Grace Pateras is a recent the University of Iowa graduate from Buffalo Grove, Illinois. She studied Journalism and Mass Communication and American Studies, and ended her four-year tenure at The Daily Iowan as editor-in-chief. After two trips to Guatemala in college with her church group, she continues to think about the culture and the impact it's made on her. A coffee drinker herself, she decided to take a look at the production business from the field, instead of the American coffee shop.
