GRANTEE, PROJECT REPORT WINNER
Elan Gepner was one of five winners of the 2010 Pulitzer Center YouTube Project Report contest. He is a filmmaker, educator, and organizer from Philadelphia. He has spent the last six years investigating and documenting arts programming for youth, the value of art in education, and its capacity to heal and foster development. His work focuses on education reform, resilient communities and the genesis of empowerment, seeking to tell stories that support our vision past the sustainable to the possible.
