Nikki Hyde

Nikki Hyde is a theater and opera stage manager, with a passion for community-engaged work. Nikki is an ensemble member of Cornerstone Theater Company and a frequent stage manager at LA Opera. Some of her favorite recent credits include the 2020 reimagined summer season of Idaho's Sun Valley Music Festival, Satyagraha (LA Opera), Carmen (San Diego Opera), Little Black Shadows (South Coast Repertory), Alice in Wonderland (Los Angeles Philharmonic), The Pirates of Penzance (Pasadena Playhouse), California: The Tempest, Love on San Pedro (Cornerstone Theater Company), The Pride (The Wallis), Party People, Public Works' Twelfth Night and The Odyssey (The Public), Fidelio (Cincinnati Opera), and Lost Girls (MCC Theater).
She has also worked for LA Theatre Works, Ojai Playwright's Conference, New Dramatists, Center Theater Group, New York Musical Festival, Merola Opera Program, Houston Grand Opera, Oregon Shakespeare Festival, Opera San Antonio, Shakespeare Center of Los Angeles and Opera Grand Rapids. She is on faculty at California Institute of the Arts.
