Rebecca McKnight is a twenty-two year educator who has taught middle school English/Language Arts and Social Studies. She has been a teacher, instructional facilitator and coach and worked at the district level. Currently, as the Director of Social Studies for Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools, McKnight facilitates the Social Studies program for the district, communicates with community stakeholders about Social Studies instructional concerns and supports teachers as they help students make connections with the world and understand their place in it."
