Johnson is the bestselling author of 12 books, including The Ghost Map, his acclaimed study of the 1854 cholera epidemic, and Where Good Ideas Come From. His books have been translated into more than 20 languages. He also hosted the Emmy Award-winning PBS/BBC series How We Got To Now, and is the current host of the iTunes #1 podcast American Innovations. Johnson writes regularly for The New York Times and Wired. He lives in Brooklyn, New York, with his wife and three sons.
