Vitor Hugo Brandalise

Vitor Hugo Brandalise is a reporter at Rádio Novelo, a Brazilian producer of journalistic podcasts.
He holds a degree in journalism from the Federal University of Santa Catarina and a master’s degree in communication from the University of La Coruña.
Previously, he was a digital editor at Piauí magazine and a reporter and editor at the newspaper O Estado de S. Paulo. He also worked at BBC Brasil.
Brandalise is the author of two nonfiction books and has received several journalism awards, including the Petrobras Journalism Award (2013), the Vladimir Herzog Award for Journalism and Human Rights (2016), and the Memórias Reveladas Award (2025).
