Jovanny Hernandez Caballero is a staff photographer for the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel and the USA Today Network. He earned his bachelor's in photography and imaging from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee in 2023.
His work spans a wide range of subjects, including breaking news, state and local politics, sports, and national events. With a deep passion for visual storytelling, Hernandez focuses on capturing the vibrant culture of Milwaukee’s Latino south side and the rich traditions of his family's native Oaxaca, Mexico.
His photography aims to authentically represent diverse communities, highlighting their people, customs, and lived experiences.
