Maya Pottiger

Maya Pottiger earned her B.A. from the University of Maryland, College Park, and is currently a second-semester graduate student at the university's Philip Merrill College of Journalism.
Before starting graduate school, Pottiger worked at a local newspaper outside of Annapolis for two years. During that time, she covered stories ranging from oyster plantings in the Chesapeake Bay to the county's General Development Plan.
