Surabhi Sundaram is a multimedia journalist and documentary filmmaker from India, currently based in New York City. Her reporting focuses on underrepresented voices and communities through character-driven storytelling. Her short documentary METTLE follows the journey of a blind judo athlete on a quest to make Paralympic history. It won the Best Student Film Award at the International Sport Film Festival and received an honorable mention at The Gary Corcoran Student Prize for Excellence in Reporting on Disability.
