Trevor Snapp is a photographer and multimedia reporter. He is committed to long-term projects and experimentation in his work. He believes in slower reporting, and has been working in East Africa, focusing on South Sudan since 2009. He is represented by Corbis and his work has been featured in The New York Times, The Guardian, Newsweek, Time, National Geographic Traveler, Stern and on the BBC.

From Libya's revolt to environmental conflict in the jungles of Guatemala and frontline health workers in India, Snapp brings a unique cultural depth to his work. With a degree in anthropology and African studies, his photo stories explore the deeper issues behind the headlines. He has devoted much of the last three years covering the birth of South Sudan and the regional repercussions.
