Lucia Hassell-Lee champions meaningful technology integration for teaching and learning by providing support to educational professionals and students both inside and outside the classroom. With almost 20 years of experience, Hassell-Lee holds an extensive background in technology integration, curriculum design, and coaching. She is passionate about empowering students to become architects of their own pedagogy and ethical stewards of a digital future. In addition, she is an editor for the Cult of Pedagogy's Teacher's Guide to Tech. As a member of the Tech Team, Hassell-Lee helps research and evaluate new and emerging educational technologies and updates the guide for annual publication. Outside of the educational realm, she is a founder of the QuaDrew Alumni Association and serves as a mentor and advisor to the Howard University Quad Step Team. Hassell-Lee considers herself a lifelong learner, problem-solver, and light warrior. She believes it is essential to “start with why” and approach life's challenges with intention.
