TEMPAT KAMI MELAPORKAN

Tomasz Cebrat

REPORTING FELLOW

Tomasz (Tomek) Cebrat is a junior at Washington University in St. Louis, studying the Humanities and Political Science. Born and raised in Poland, at the age of sixteen he received a scholarship to complete the final two years of secondary education at a boarding school in England. His international education as well as participation in summer programs focused on international politics, in Israel, and in the United States, have sparked in him an interest in the ways in which different histories and collective experiences shape ethnic and national identities around the world. On campus, he has developed his passions and skills in both academic research and journalism, among other things, by working as a student fellow in the Humanities Digital Workshop, conducting his own academic projects about the history of Polish-Jewish relations and of Israel, and serving on the executive board of Washington University Political Review. He is spending the fall semester of 2017 at Sciences Po in Paris, France.
