Kwasi Gyamfi Asiedu

Kwasi (Kway-see) Gyamfi Asiedu is a journalist based in New York. He previously covered Global Religion stories as an intern for the Associated Press. Before that, he was a freelance journalist based in Accra, Ghana, covering social justice, health, environmental, and solutions-focused stories for a range of international media outlets. He has written and reported for The Guardian, The New York Times, Quartz, CNN, Al Jazeera English, Thomson Reuters Foundation, Public Radio International, Deutsche Welle, African Arguments, D+C Development and Cooperation, etc. He has a Master of Science degree in Data Journalism from Columbia University, New York. He also has a B.A. from the Ghana Institute of Journalism.
