Chloé Lula

2020 POST-GRAD REPORTING FELLOW

Chloé Lula is a writer and musician who moved to Brooklyn from Berlin to complete a master's degree at Columbia Journalism School. Before receiving her M.A. in May 2020, she worked as the deputy editor of the German music publication Telekom Electronic Beats, where she wrote about the LGBTQ+ community and its intersection with culture and nightlife. She's passionate about covering gender justice, gay and lesbian history, issues affecting queer rights, and women's health and policy. Her writing has appeared in The New York Times and The Washington Post.
