Rebecca Gibian

Rebecca Gibian holds an MS in journalism from the University of Southern California, where she was a Dean's Scholar, the senior news editor for Neon Tommy and a producer for Annenberg Radio News. She is also a graduate of Guilford College, where she was managing editor and editor in chief of The Guilfordian. As a text and radio journalist with training in video and photojournalism, she has been published in GlobalPost and The Daily Beast. Rebecca previously worked at the Pulitzer Center as the social media editor and she is interested in pursuing a career in journalism that will help give people a voice in their time of need. She sees journalism as the key to uncovering systemic issues around the world.
