Ethan Qin
2026 W&M REPORTING FELLOW
Ethan Qin is a senior at William & Mary, majoring in finance and minoring in data science.
He recently finished his tenure as the 115th editor-in-chief of The Flat Hat, William & Mary’s student-run newspaper. As a Sharp Seminar Reporting Fellow, Qin reported from London on the English football academy system, examining how financial incentives have reshaped youth development at the professional level.
