Fieni Aprilia is a freelance multidisciplinary photographer, graphic designer, and cultural studies researcher based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Aprilia has worked for UNDP Indonesia, where they produced several photo stories and assisted in channeling the campaigns through visual designs and other creative approaches.

Their photography encompasses the issues of environment and wildlife, culture, gender, and sense of belonging. Aprilia pursued a master's in cultural studies at SOAS University of London. Their research interests include decolonization of photography, social representations in Southeast Asian films, arts, and literature — as well as horror as a mode of storytelling.
