Gabriel Labrador

Gabriel Labrador is a Salvadoran journalist focussing on politics. He works at the digital newspaper El Faro, and his stories have been published in El País, elDiario.es, Gatopardo, and other media.
His investigative reporting has received honorable mention awards during events of Peru's Instituto Prensa y Sociedad. He speaks English and has covered stories in the U.S., Colombia, and Guatemala.
In 2009, he received a scholarship from the Diálogos Foundation's Balboa Program for Young Journalists, and he has been a Fundación Gabo fellow.
