Katie Castellani is a staff writer at the University of Richmond’s Capital News Service and a writer and city and state editor at The Collegian, Richmond's student-run newspaper.
Castellani is from Sudbury, Massachusetts. She plans to graduate from the University of Richmond in May 2023 with a bachelor's in journalism and a minor in business administration.
Previously, she was an intern at the Henrico Citizen, and she has written for the Chesterfield Observer.
Castellani enjoys writing about politics and writing in-depth feature stories. She hopes to pursue a career as a reporter.
