Kokoyamaratxi Renan Suya is of the Suya ethnicity, from the Xingu Indigenous Territory.
He is a photographer and filmmaker and has participated in the 2008 audiovisual workshop held by Vídeo nas Aldeias and in partnership with AIK (Indigenous Association Kisedje). In February 2021 he completed the communication course Guerreir@Digital, promoted by Indigenous organizations in three states of the Brazilian Amazon.
