Modeste Shabani Bin Sueni is an economist who was trained at the Catholic University of Bukavu. After his university studies, he started a farmers’ co-operative called COOPADEM. He later started a local radio station, the first in Maniema province, for rural audiences.
Interested in community development, agricultural, and environmental issues related to farmers, Modeste Shabani became team leader of Radio Sauti ya Mkaaji.
