Noordin Bin Asu is one of the few Indigenous people (or Orang Asli) of the Jahai tribe in Peninsular Malaysia who is involved full time in hornbill/forest conservation.
Noordin lives in the Belum-Temengor Forest Complex of the Central Forest Spine. He has participated in Indigenous peoples celebratory events and co-authored journal papers.
