Clarisa Diaz

GRANTEE

Clarisa Diaz is a transdisciplinary designer and writer based in New York. She is a former American Fulbright scholar in Architecture, WHOI Ocean Science Journalism Fellow, and Brown Institute grantee. Her reporting on climate change has been featured on PBS and Science Friday, recognized by The Municipal Art Society of New York MASterwork Awards and the National Edward R. Murrow Awards.

She is the senior interaction designer for New York Public Radio's newsroom including Data News, WNYC, and Gothamist. Her design work has also been shown at the North American and Chilean Institute of Culture, Shanghai Biennale, Queens Museum, SUPERFRONT in NYC; published in the Parsons Journal of Design Strategies, Core77, Asia LIFE, and Mind Design among others.
