Susan Zoë Greenwald

LESSON BUILDER USER

Susan Zoë Greenwald is a teacher, learner, wanderer and wonderer.  She holds a BS in Mathematics from Binghamton University and an MA from Teachers College, Columbia University in Education.  For Susan it is an honor to support and journey with her students in their learning of mathematics and has done so for the past 16 years locally and globally.  She is  passionate about decentering the common mathematics curriculum to being one that is  inclusive, global and culturally relevant.  Most recently she has  taught geometry and probability and statistics in Cheltenham High School near Philadelphia while spending her summers teaching and learning with the Navajo Math Circles Project.  Drinking tea, meditating and dancing are some of the daily colors that bring vibrancy to her life inside and outside of the classroom.
