Pulitzer Center grantee John Beck joined the BBC Radio 4 program, "From Our Own Correspondent," to discuss his reporting on climate change in the Solomon Islands. Although it is one of the world's most heavily forested nations, the government estimates that all of the Solomon Islands' foliage could be gone by 2036. Beck is currently reporting on threats to the Solomon Islands and its forests for his Pulitzer Center-supported project, "The Solomon Islands' Vanishing Forests."
