Eduardo Goulart

Eduardo Goulart de Andrade, journalist, is a contributor to The Intercept Brazil and conducts investigative reporting projects using a data approach that leverages open data and Open Source Intelligence (OSINT). He is the creator of the newsletter De Olho Nos Dados, through which he shares tips for digital journalism. He was a journalist and producer for TV Brazil for six years. He's also written for outlets such as Chequeado, Vice Brazil, and Ponte Jornalismo.
