The Transformation of Dietary Habits Among Baka Pygmies in Lomié

For this project, Ndombong Hervé Bertrand immersed himself in the new dietary habits of the pygmies in Cameroon who have undergone a radical transformation in their daily lives.

This project aims to explore how the change in pygmies' physical living environments has transformed their food habits, to examine the pygmies' situation related to their new trade relationship with the Bantu, and to observe their myriad adaptation strategies.
