Karina Segovia is a producer and cameraman of Revista Nómadas. She has a degree in communication sciences with a diploma in marketing and advertising from the Universidad Autónoma Gabriel René Moreno in Santa Cruz, Bolivia.
She was in charge of the executive direction of the Bolivian-Spanish documentary Tribes of the Inquisition, which addresses the tragic lynchings in Bolivia, and which in 2018 was nominated for the Goya Awards of the Academy of Arts and Cinematographic Sciences of Spain.
She is an advocate for human rights, abused animals, and wildlife. Her audiovisual work accompanies the reports of Revista Nómadas, addressing issues such as drought, water crisis, encroachment, and deforestation of protected areas. She is in charge of logistics for Revista Nómadas trips, photography, and drone videos.
