Pablo Albarenga

Pablo Albarenga is a documentary photographer and visual storyteller with a focus on human rights. As a photographer, he has documented the land conflicts in Latin America, involving traditional peoples, who are confronting large extractive industries to defend and protect their ancestral lands. Albarenga is a National Geographic Explorer, has been a multiple beneficiary of the Pulitzer Center, and was selected in 2020 as the photographer of the year by the Sony World Photography Awards.
