Finneke has been a journalist since April 2013 and is now an employee at the Manado Tribun. She joined the Manado Independent Journalists Alliance, attending various trainings and workshops for journalists. She has received a number of fellowships in both journalism and leadership and has won a number of journalistic work competitions, including the best work on zoonosis issues from FAO, USAID, Ministry of Agriculture, and AJI in 2018. Her hobbies are traveling and photography.
